i dont know about bottom.
but the upside risk is now much greater than downside risk. so ive switched from sell to buy.
any word of even a partial infastructure stake sale and the stock will rip north.
feels that way for the entire oil market excepting the top blue chips - which still remain overpriced if we're in a us 60-70 longer term oil world.
