Just to throw a different aspect,I notice we are 5 days into a 10 day period for the 15 cent DRP price allotment process on a volume waited basis less 2.5% discount.
I am curious of your thoughts re possible manipulation by large fund managers etc during this period .I realize that at this time compared to previouse DRP period all the fundermentals are very much weaker, and their may be a lot of shorting going on.
