ayoungoz excellent, you have touched on a very important point one I hadn't considered. With all the publicity around ASIC how on earth could they explain allowing it to trade if their is a material disclosure issue. If ASIC come out with something I'm straight on the blower to Slater & Gordon asking them to file a lawsuit for damages against ASIC - tongue in cheek of course.
