I don't see how this conclusion can be drawn when:
- All sales are now guaranteed for years. This also sets CAN up for a buyout later.
- Time to Stage 3 production has accelerated.
- Tullamarine site is still an option for other CAN projects.
- Today's announcement confirms no equity raises in the near future.
It's a BUY folks.
