With cities becoming overcrowded and subsequent loss in quality of life (air, roads etc) people are starting to move to fringe areas to enable a quality life for their family while still maintaining the benefits of access to big city for entertainment etc. I think the Mildura site is a great call for developing their product pipeline, remembering they also stated that they are still looking at other sites (e.g Tullamarine) for future growth.
