An announcement like the one from AX1 would be great for this stock. I bought some more at $0.57 yesterday on the expectation that their online sales are strong and reopening of stores must be imminent. They have also surely been able to renegotiate better terms with landlords. Power balance has shifted a bit towards the tenant in all this I think.
