    Wouldn't be a fair bet that CVI can break away from the dow at this point considering latest announcements? Trying hard not to watch CVI any more and just let it run it course over the next 12 or so months but i would think with a billion on the way that CVI should be able to start its own path. Maybe it might take a project or 2 for this to happen.
