Technicals look to be saying .65c....

I don't know too much about pem but it has an interesting chart to say the least, down from its highs of $5.80 to close of today .715c ....... now that is ugly , about 8x less its share price circa Jan.07

I wish I could post my chart ( nice if someone could give me a tip how to ) b/c you could see where historical points of resistnce are, having said that it may crash through if something is fundamentally wrong with the co.
