The bottom is here! What a bold prediction eh? I think we will se some action soon. Why would Ruddy who has been snapping up parcels on the way down keep buying if there was not something exciting on the horizon? Takover, merger who knows? If there is no news to come out he would know this and expect the price to keep dropping and would wait to buy when dirt cheap(cash value?). It could be wishful thinking but believe not. Him resigning/not seeking renewal on Fairstar board only increases my suspicion that something good is coming soon. Just a shame the market stinks but we shall get there in the end.
Disclaimer: I do not really have any idea what I am talking about, so don't believe a word you read.
