At Port Kembla, the "bread and butter" plant, things are going from bad to worse. It looks like the Blast Furnaces will be "banked" alternatively for 2 days a week instead of 24 hour operation. The mills might be closing for 6 weeks over christmas instead of 2. The Coke Ovens will be ramping down to supply enough coke for the B/F only. The list goes on. This isn't going to be pretty in my opinion.
