Could, I think the Phillipines is massively already factored in. I guess downside max would be $2.
But if they get sudden approval to start again it probably will gap up suddenly $1+
The stock is back over the 20 and 34 day MA which is starting to make a crossover positively. This has not been the case since Oct.
Maybe the quarterly will have something interesting?
The volume has been up a bit the last few weeks, someone might be buying?
