The Chinese government is very protective of its industry like years ago what it did with copper ore. Chinese government subsidized ore $1000 more that the price of finished copper product making every mine sell to China and copper factories around the world closed if China is short on graphite it will pay through the nose for raw product for its own industries process it and sell it back at a profit. imo if China for sees such growth it will snap up binding off takes so western off takes won't get the chance. it will make batteries and an nodes in China then export those products not raw materials it desperately needs.
