Well it's certainly apparent that we're not going to go up anytime soon but the world indices have been really telegraphing their punches over the last month or so and it's apparent that we're into a period of volatility with generally lower prices . The longer things gyrate like this all for the better . Hopefully whoever doesn't want to be there is gone , if indeed they're not already ,and we can then get down to some normalcy.

It might take a month or two though.
