I met Bryce in the early '90s when he was living in Helensvale, but you obviously know him better than I do. Not sure if I purchased his software.

On his website (http://www.cycletrader.com.au/) he called it "CycleTrader - WaveTrader" and he shows some interesting examples of his work.

My first PC was a 486 DX-33. It had an incredibly powerful 33MHz CPU ... AND a maths co-processor ... AND a huge 4MB of 70ns RAM!!! It cost me an arm and a leg at the time.

Focusing on your red trendline, since that's the one of immediate importance, my Jul-1982 XAO low is 443.1. Your low is 433.1
