the share price was at over $1, management already knew they planned to drill and for how long. They could of raised much more money in this period at much lower dilution and essentially planned for the future.

They can also network and aim to get more cornerstone investors who are less likely to sell down.

instead they raised no where near enough and clearly to weak hands who have dumped the shares.

we are now looking to raise at under 10 cents and everyone here seems like the total destruction of the share price and therefore the dilution that brings current holders as totally fine.

They also don't back to drill right now, wait 6 months for penny stocks to not be so out of favour and conserve capital until then.

I don't know about other holders here but I'm here to make money, not just find a resource, and for those who have seen a few bull runs resource and share price often have very little to do with each other. Sentiment and general market rule the day.

I totally agree. This is not about the company succeeding, it is about our shares, as retail shareholders, re-rating.
