I noted the other day that OXR may have bottomed around 90 cents and that in the lead up to first copper in March we could se a rerating towards $1.20. There's a u buyer at 91 now so looking good. OXR will be a major miner in time and the CEO has a market cap target of $4b - that's a sp of around $3+. Load up for the long-haul is my advice.
