Looks like all gaps are filled now on the sp.
The American Fda ann is well overdue and would be welcome.
Hopefully the tax loss selling has finished and we can all look forward to a brighter new fy, was pleased to hear that they have employed a full time sales consultant in the uk for ovplex.
I'm not sure why any shareholders (who qualify) would subscribe to the share purchase plan at 3.2-3.5 cents when you can buy on market for less than that (currently), obviously we need some good announcements and soon if the share purchase plan is to generate a positive response.
Was interested to hear that sigma Europe have been contesting the ovplex patent, they must consider ovplex quite valuable.
It maybe cheaper for sigma to buy htx outright considering htx low market cap rather than fight the patent rights with lawyers etc..
Surely the ip value is worth way more than the current market cap.
In any event the company needs sales revenue to get the sp north and I'm optimistic that that will come from all current jurisdictions covered by ovplex and America and hopefully soon!
