I think that the share plan will be successful (it's only available to applicable shareholders as of 14/06). And I think that the share price will now go north as the US based investor has been announced & that funding for both commercialisation (roll outs) & further products has been secured for the mid term at least. There was an opportunity for investors to take advantage of the current share price (which hasnt been the case due to low volumes), but I reckon that the current levels will only exist until the next announcement, which is imminent. Hence, applicable shareholders will be gettting a nice discounted parcel (albeit capped) of shares. Methinks exciting times ahead!

PS. The patent dispute doesnt involve OvPlex, but another product in HTX's pipeline, which is further encouraging.
