i agree seems to be around its bottom.
tends to be a slow mover up and a fast mover down, worth a buy at the moment but dont expect it to make mega bucks overnight. has a good run usually coming up to dividend time...as long as they can maintain the 7% + divs!!.
last broker valuation i saw a few months back was 1.25 and i reckon will get there in the next 6 months...i will sell this time it gets there lol. (bought at 1.07 and watched it go to 1.38 and back to 99c lol)
also one steel seems to be in a bit of a run up again might rub off onto SSX
