So I am still unclear. Are you saying that if there is either civil or criminal "illegal activity" that the Casino Control Act no longer applies? Or does it just require a recommendation from the Royal Commissioner. Also I'm not sure under what aspect of law it is that the government can "adminstrator/government directed" tell CWN how it is to use it's property and who it should lease it to? Or does the government confiscate it?
