low gearing with a lot of real estate. There is value here. Of course there will be some more executive bust ups and potentially even a forced sell down for Packer.
Fortune favours those who risk. I’ll add some more once my dividends start rolling in more than likely. Depends if any other sectors tank on earnings and present better value.
