I will be very surprised if you get a response. Although I don’t think the CEO is hopeless, he’s most certainly not worth a 1 million+ executive and don’t get me started on the CFO.

I would suggest your better off writing to the board to vent how poor corporate governance and Remuneration policy is at this company. It bloody atrocious how 2 executives collected 2 million which is nearly 15% of the current market capital when they a teetering on insolvency and breaching debt covenants.

Clearly we need a stronger board to hammer in new governance structures, if it means completely sacking the listless board then that what needs to be done.
