    isd is classic case of IT company whose technology is outdated and unable to compete with more agile competitors.

    like yahoo , nokia , myspace etc who slowly and painfully fade away into nothing

    mgmt knows they have run out of options and are just paying themselves extreme sums before abandoning ship.
