Employee wages generally tracks around 50% of revenue. The issue is it too large of a proportion to market cap, namely the CEO and CFO. I don’t mind if they take a large remuneration provided they make significant contributions which is reflected in improved operations and financial performance, but the fact the share price is now sub 7c is disgraceful. More so when you consider 5 years ago this was near $4 and during the last 5 years the asx 200 has risen 30%.
My letter sent to the chairman has been ignored as expected. I will be making my voice heard this year, as it is simply unacceptable.
