    more garbage small/micro cap with garbage business plans/mgmt being given the green light by crook auditors who collect insane fees.

    once listed, mgmt and everybody else pays themselves , cap raise, repeat until company insolvent. rinse and repeat.

    i m liquidating majority and moving to USA where mgmt are keen to actually work.
