AGS was moved to the unapproved list on the 2nd of april and discussion on here indicated that once it was moved to the unapproved list no new shorting was allowed.
Since then the number of shorted shares has increased from 950,000 to the current 1.37M.
So it appears that shorting is still allowed.
What is the distinction between approved and unapproved then?
