and there are millions of performance shares yet to be exercised
and when he exercises
if cel sp is low 10c ... his taxable income will be less
other than facilitating for reduction in taxable income
and not "realising" a loss (by disposing his shares at low sp)
after that...
he will be well motivated
to bringing in the big bucks,
soon he will be (and making us all) .... wealthy
