Well it is now 4 long months since the Mining Lease was submitted for Governmennt approval. Surely by now the people at DIMITRE have justified their existence and can pass this. The politicians say SA is a favorable mining jurisdiction but the boffins in the public service are not on the same page. Maybe they should outsource the process and get rid of permanent employees. A company like this needs support not such inefficient bureaucracy at every stage. Where is a visionary politician with the courage to get this state moving
