Someone earlier suggested that at the current burn rate, the company has enough cash for three years. As management are more concerned about the long term viability of the company rather than supporting the SP, i believe they would not be inclined to rush into anything.
I could be wrong, however, I believe you might all be waiting a while before any major announcements are made.
