I am not suggesting this is reason to buy.
I am just suggesting this is a good sign thats very often witnessed before a turn around and showing that the shift in general consensus appears underway on the board via a now strong buying floor formation.... and that the sell orders do now appear very light compared to what we have seen for some time.
