Maybe SFR sponsored botts proping the price to ensure any OZL offer is $10+ and just bidding their time to get another deposit or maybe some good production figures.
And in the other corner "independant" brokers issuing a sell recommendation maybe with the occasional small sell down to get the ball rolling.
