They are back controlling trades.
Most buyer orders at 15c are being accomodated during the day without allowing the sp to rise above 15.5c.
When will it end?
3.18 pm Two sell orders at 15.5c were just taken out while the higher placed order with 94,531 remains.Same broker involved with buy/sell.
Now bott shows its head at 15c.
