About twenty million consignments of all sizes containing radioactive materials are routinely transported worldwide annually on public roads, railways and ships.
These use robust and secure containers. At sea, they are generally carried in purpose-built ships.

ACB must rely on neighbouring country ports, South Africa.
These countries can add a massive traff for permiting transportation of dangerous goods. So ACB are stuffed and not too many (non South Afican) joint venture partners would take on such a massive risk.

Just like Ethiopia has no port.

For me its Bannerman BMN all the way over ACB.
