"High risk" is WPL and ROC's call.
We know that Hardman's calls are probably a tad optimistic ... but nowhere as conservative as the other JV partners.
Re ... possible "share issue to fund Tiof".
I have always feared that this would be the only way for HDR to partially develop this likely expensive field.
Hope the issue is at say, $3.00 giving a 50c discount to the faithful if/when it happens.
