re: tas .lol That is actually 15 primary ore and 2 secondry ore regrind mills. Know it well, plus the good and the not so good times there.
It would be a brave invester attempting to get the old plant and the trashed infastructure up to scratch.
Also lots of locals with different agendas; as RIO never really understood to it's peril. An agreement to mine would take years.
