Bouganville Copper has been a tool for moving large amounts of cash by its parent through various book entries which the government of PNG were made aware of by the ATO in a reciprocal arrangement after Australian Intelligence uncovered an Asian plot to Murder David Sode Chief of the IRS in PNG.
