I've just got this message from a close friend from London, he is positioned to know what's going to happen.
This is what he wrote me;
Rio T. will not "open" the mine, but they will give away all their rights and risks to an international Syndicate, same as it usual happens in the oil business. The operator of the mine will be another company. That means that apart of the substancy value of todays maybe 0.30 AUD per share an aditional royalty-revenue will be paid to BOC, which will mean a big Dividend payment for shareholders.
