    Anyone who bought on April 11 BASED on that announcement and sold would now In My Opinion have a loss that may now be able to claim a loss against the company for releasing that Announcement.
    I am not sure of the losses on HC alone and unsure about the legality of a claim..but i would go for it if its possible...???
