re: public house retirement package I doubt you would get very many baby boomers into public housing, it is definately 'not their scene'
more 'well heeled' about than you give credit for
and the baby boomers more than likely to have their own homes and not require that type of accommodation
supposedly the baby boomers are spending on themselves and not looking to pass on an inheritance to the children
so in that case
if push came to shove
I think they would sell their own home and move into an upmarket place
all the bb's I know live upmarket
and they would find public housing is just not an option
anyway I am sure there will be a demand for public housing, but I would not buy shares in a company that is looking for profits that area
also because its govt funded, the govt has a limit on how much it pays out, so I cannot see where they can pick up 20-40% profit
am open to enlightenment on the subject
