What I believe mtrade may be alluding to is that after watching the market mercilessly trash good and bad companies alike he feels a little more confident (maybe he had a rest from trading like me) and is ready to test his metal again
FYI ... have been buying small parcels of IPL LEI WBC BBP and even NXS (today)
Now I know the bull aint back yet however we are way overdue for a bear market rally IMO
