Was speaking to an analyst and it sounds like Savanna have not responded to the afadavit as yet and apparently they were supposed to respond 2 weeks ago. He said however the minister was looking for a response (maybe to close matters?).
At the moment there is a possibility this won't proceed, but you would think that buying would have kicked if this was the case.
