Thats ok Byteme I figured you were simply downramping even though you know that you can't be certain that fees won't be increased. You may as well have said banks won't increase fees. I just noted that you have previosuly made statements to the effect that you always are prepared and can back up whatever you say, so am wondering what back up you have for saying they won't be able to raise fees. You've also stated you have an interest in the childcare industry so I thought you would be reasonably well informed as to the progress of changes to the CCB system. I take it your not an anonymous poster on HC.
