Sydney - Wednesday - July 9: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Following GPT Group's (ASX:GPT) profit warning on July 7 for the year
ending December 31, Standard & Poor's has lowered its credit rating for
GPT to BBB with a negative outlook.
The Moody's Investor Service credit rating for GPT of Baa1 with
a negative outlook remains unchanged but Moody's has advised that GPT is
on review for possible downgrade.
GPT notes finance costs associated with the changes referred to
above have been factored into assumptions underlying the guidance
provided on July 7.
