may well be oversold....
but when all the analysts lower their price targets to the mid $2s from $3-4s I guess the stock has a bottom close to 50% of their 'price target'....Not a particular view on this stock..its just I note that when analysts downgrade a stock already underperforming..the stocks i have seen..generally go to 50% of their new price
