Approx 75% of GPT's NAV, or about $2.90 per share, is tied up in high quality Aussie assets. GPT is still forecasting income of $464 million (previously it was $633 million) for this year rastus. Confidence is at an all time low - time to buy. Pre-open is not far away IMO, regarding their "new" plan. The selling of US assets, or the strategy thereof, will be the catalyst for the bounce.
