.20/1.73 = 11.5%
this is underpinned by $516 m from rents
I however estimate that the company will be able to pay out .04 a quarter or 16 cents a year
.16/1.73 = 9%
that would have to put a floor under the price.
imagine if you could get a .28 divi
you'd get 16%
.20/1.50 = 13%
.20/ 1.20 = 16%
NTA is supposed to be $3.86
