2 problems for WPL

1) price of oil correction - how low will it go ??
some say $100 some say $80
price of oil has had several previous corrections of 40%
since 1999. another 40% correction would drop WPL
profits substantially
2) Rudd's emissions trading scheme. WPL has already cried foul, saying it could cost the LNG industry billions from lost projects.
