Oversold failed cashed up bios are never the flavour of the month but she is a value play and no doubt we will be informed further regarding the chnage in strategy. No change in sub holding yet...not enough volume. I may suggest that perhaps a few of the institutional players may take a little more when they can. Looking for x trades.
