Hi Dazzler,

This stock has also caught my eye based cheap price and apparent growth.

There are a couple of things that I couldn't reconcile. Perhaps you can shed some light.

1. Sloppy financial reporting by missing the annual report deadline
2. Operating Cashflows that don't come close to reported profits.
