You are right flyboy, the D&D mob did suggest that the agreement to the JV may come with the final BFS. D&D also spoke with Peter Landau who said at the time that the BFS would come "mid April." To me, mid April is between the 10-20th.
Sprogman, do take note that Nkwe have been late with their recent reports and the share price has dropped a few times with these delays.
